What is the maximum dough load I can do on my Kenwood GO? For how long and how often?

For making bread, the maximum dough load is 800g of flour using speeds 1-2 for 5 minutes. For enriched dough, such as for brioche, 700g of flour or 1.5kg total dough when enriched on speeds 1-2 for 5-10 minutes is the maximum dough load usage. Between heavy loads, the machine should be rested for a minimum of 15 minutes between heavy loads.
